RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Physical Artwork

We accept returns for physical artwork only if the item arrives damaged or defective.

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Approved returns will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect address provided at checkout.

Digital Products

All digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

Services & Readings

All services, including but not limited to tarot readings, astrology readings, energy healing, shamanic services, and Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) sessions, are non-refundable.

Due to the experiential and energetic nature of these services, all sales are final once a session is booked or delivered.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request a reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.

Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not refundable.
