I have become duality.

  • As I open myself up to the universe, I connect in the unity of duality within myself.

    The portal opens, the energy rises, the sparks fly, and in union I come to realize who I have become.

    I stand before another, yet I see my own reflection. As we hold the vision together, I witness the harmony created through our union. What I offered resonated back to my inner wisdom. What I withheld was also reflected back.

    Together we gave life to something greater than either of us could create alone.

    I feel protected, encircled. Like a flower. Like a peyote plant. Looking down from above as the sun's rays reach outward.

    The upper, the heavens. The lower, the earth.

    In ceremony, I share from the center.

    I reach out to you to come back to your heart.

    From the heavens, our message. To the earth, our feet.

    I feel mycelium within this flower.

  • See me in red, the disguise I carry. I send you this message from the heavens like a lightning strike. This disruption is the force that awakens the foundation. Not disruption, but integration. Without disalignment, you'd never move. I dance to the beat of my own drum. Yes, I am the foundation holding it all together. In community, in family, in tribe, I am the disruptor. I am the outcast, the weird one, because my beat is different than everyone else's. Yet as the disruptors, we are the ones healing the lineage, the family, the community, and the tribe.

  • The lightning strikes my crown, and I receive the message. It moves through me to the earth, creating a vibration. The waters rise, the rainbow appears, and together we dance in celebration, accepting what once appeared to be the disruptor. Through the crown I have received the message. I stand on the rainbow to dance, to move, and to feel the energy transformed.

  • I protect my vulnerabilities, holding them close to my chest. My values and my core will not be easily disturbed. Calm under pressure, strategy and foresight are my strengths. I see through the veil. Having received the message and celebrated its arrival, I now understand its value. Not everything is meant to be held tightly, yet not everything is meant to be left unguarded. I learn the difference between protecting what is sacred and imprisoning it through fear.

  • I see in the universe its wonder and beauty, but before me on this earthly plane, I must remember to see why this, too, brings me awe. As I awaken from this dream we call life, I see this tiny bird in flight, feeding from the flowers. Its movement, so swift and fast, fascinates me and brings me joy. I felt its presence linger, almost as if it was with me all day, and I couldn't stop wondering what its purpose was for our encounter.
